This Urban renewal project contains two separate buildings combined into one.
It includes the demolition of the old buildings and the construction of a new improved one.
In the process of planning the new building we were able to add 20% gross area for each flat, using it to add another bedroom and a bathroom for each tenant, while at the same time improve the interior design of the flat and make it more compact, efficient and spacious.
Despite the fact that the old buildings shared a common wall, the new design offers each flat wide spread glass openings in two different directions, enabling abundant of daylight and airflow.
The new design takes into consideration climate issues and we have embedded shade elements in the relevant facades in order to decrees to the minimum the energy consumption and eco-footstep of the entire building.
